Purpose
Black Love Talk: A Fly on the Wall Experience represents more than a panel discussion—it is a curated cultural intervention designed to foster empathy, accountability, and healing within our community. Through the leadership of DC NPHC and Monumental Men’s Network, this partnership demonstrates what is possible when mission-aligned organizations collaborate intentionally, strategically, and boldly.
Executive Overview
Black Love Talk: A Fly on the Wall Experience is an immersive, culturally resonant dialogue experience designed to explore love, relationships, healing, masculinity, and emotional intelligence within the Black community.
This experience invites attendees to observe an authentic, unscripted-style conversation between Black men and Black women—feeling as though they are “a fly on the wall.” Midway through the program, the audience perspective intentionally shifts, allowing participants to engage the conversation from a new vantage point, encouraging deeper empathy, reflection, and accountability.
